PANTHER Bushings – Wear Protection Solution for Zinc Bath Rolls
In addition to our BANNER bearing units, we offer high-quality wear bushings under the brand name PANTHER. These bushings are designed for demanding applications in the zinc bath and offer exceptional potential and durability to protect roll journals. All bushings are made from a cobalt-free material. The material is weldable, eliminating the need for retaining rings. Compared to conventional Stellite and Tribaloy bushings, this results in a cost advantage. Depending on customer requirements, the various bushings can be used in molten baths for GI/GA/GL or AluSi.
